I went on for an oil change and had 3 coupons I asked 3 different people how much oil changes were and gave the guy a coupon and when they said o was done it came up to almost 300 I was irate I said for an oil change no one told me what each coupon was for I assumed they were all oil change coupons I was beyond xxxxxx needless to say I will never go to that place again

Bought a car Aug 22nd, within one week I get a call that there is a recall so we made a appointment for the repair, took the car in to get fixed and when I picked it up they said they didn't fix it because they had to order the parts. After picking it up while driving I noticed a knocking noise coming through the driver side floor board so I called them back and got yet another appointment on the books.

Even though I was burned by their sales department a few months back, their service department is still good. Went in for basic maintenance, good work and excellent communication.
When I picked up my car after a door latch was replaced. I was told two different stories at the service desk. First I was told that only the one side door latch was replaced. Then Another person at the desk told me that all four latches had been replaced due to a recall by Ford Co. The paper work shows only one was replaced. Therefore, I am not certain if the safety recall was actually done or not. If we have another latch fail, I will be able to determine if the recall work was actually completed.
Had brake repairs completed on my truck. I dealt with Scott Johnson at the dealership and he was great. He went out of his way to ensure I was satisfied with the repair service.
Overall, the dealership and service techs are good to work with. However, they are extremely pricey. Quoted me $12k to replace a transmission on a 2019 escape. I understand it’s a work heavy replacement, but I wasn’t given any alternatives options and other places quoted me half that amount for the same work. They also took advantage of my car situation and tried to put me in a NEW vehicle when I didn’t want that.
Donnie was my salesman. He was GREAT. I told him, kind of what I was looking for and he was awesome. He knew right away the kind of car for me. He was right. I love my New Car. He was a gentleman and very intelligent about the cars I was looking at. Even after the sale I had questions about how to set some settings in the car and he was able to show me everything I needed to know. Thanx Donnie

Had not used the pickup and deliver option before. I called, to set it up. They text me on the day and picked my car up. I was called to let me know what was needed. They are truly the worst thing about the car business. Bait and switch… offer you a price and totally try scamming you when you get there. People please make sure to do the research before buying or selling to this dealership. Places like this give the business a bad name when dealerships are bought up by the big city ripoff tactics. There are a lot of reputable dealerships in our area. This is not one buyer beware

The service advisors and technicians genuinely care about your vehicle while it is there and are great at communicating what the vehicle needs to get back up and running as it should.

Don't go here unless you like high pressure salesmen. Went in there with a particular car in mind. After I drove it and decided to get it they try to sell me a more expensive car even though I told them several times what my budget was. I ended up walking out without buying anything.
Worst service department ever. Took car in to have a new key programmed. After 4 days having my car, they called to tell me it took so long because the key I bought from them had a dead battery in it and then told me my car won’t start because now my starter went out and they could fix it for an additional $800+. Never ever had any issues with my starter before they had it. They broke it but now it’s my problem. Complete scam and rip off on their part. Never trust them to work on your car.

I purchased a used vehicle on March 9, 2024 at Gallery Ford in Pekin Illinois. After I purchased the vehicle, I was very disappointed in the service I received, but I went back today on March 25 and spoke with William who is the owner of the business, and he made everything right the way it should’ve been in the first place, and he apologized and made everything right for the vehicle and for me I was very impressed with the service I received. Had incorrect info on paperwork twice even after it was apparently corrected. Not paying attention
Scheduled an appointment for 10am for an oil change and a diagnostic test. I called them at 2pm for an update, but the phone just kept ringing. Stopped in to ask for an update and 6 staff members were sitting around the front desk bsing. One decided to see what I wanted. I asked for an update and he said it was still running a diagnostic and it could take 20 minutes or two hours. A few hours later I call and can’t get through. 24 hours after taking delivery, 3 paint issues were noticed on the drivers door, so I advised the dealership. I was assured that they would take care of it, and re-earn my business. For over 30 days I was yanked around, on the fixes. They sent the truck to a painter that works under a tree with 2 eye patches for a repair. It came back worse than I left it. There was buffing compound splattered all over the running boards, the mirrors, the handles, and the surrounding paint areas. Had a problem with my wipers, called them and made a appointment and was able to get me in in a couple of days and took care of the problem
Took my edge in for a transmission filter and fluid change. Made appointment week ahead. Got there at 8am and at 11am was told they didn't have filter. Was told it would be 1pm for filter. Was taken home to Manito to wait. At 4pm still nothing done. Was told the transmission would have to come out of vehicle to change filter. Easy communication and good interaction with service department. Fast service, good conclusion. Only downside is price a little high, but I guess that’s expected in this economy.
Polite employees, not great at communication when unknown changes arise, high priced, final price not what the quoted price was which is irritating courtesy pick up and drop off was awesome

The staff is very friendly and efficient. They make sure that they understand your concerns with your vehicle and keep you informed of their finding and repair progress. They review the vehicle inspection report and recommendation for additional services if there are any as well as the overall condition of the vehicle.
The mobile service feature was very convenient and the mechanic was polite, helpful, and professional.
Phone lines were down for a while so I had to submit a call request to the service department on their website. The SALES department called me twice in two days trying to sell me a car. Ridiculous. I just wanted an update on when a repair would be done on my car
I felt very welcome in this dealerships friendly atmosphere. Lucas wood was a thoughtful salesman who fought for my wants and needs. I never expected to get a brand new ford, but gallery ford made it happen.

I had the best experience buying my car at Gallery Ford in Pekin. Nautica was my sales person. She was so helpful and had so much knowledge about Fords. The general manager was so friendly. The entire experience was very comfortable. No high pressure sales going on there. A friendly environment!

Service department needs better communication. I had an oil change done and nobody informed me I could pick up my car. The next day I got my car and my paperwork said my rear brakes were in the red but nobody told me. Now I have to take it back in and be without my car for another day when it should have already been done. The GM called me to apologize but I did not yet know about the brakes. I believe in second chances but not thirds.
We bought our truck 5 years ago when it was Velde Ford. They went above and beyond to make sure we got our truck. We continue to bring it to Gallery Ford for the maintenance. From the day we purchased our truck to every visit to the shop, we can’t praise every one enough for the hard work, kindness and professionalism they have demonstrated.

The service department seems to do good work, but I question the costs. I bought my Kia at a Fire dealership and was given 4 free oil changes. My 4th and final was done this week along with brake replacement. They told me the last time I was in, I’d need new pads. I came in for that expecting to pay in the 300-500 range (what I’d seen as avg costs online). Not very friendly or welcoming. Salesman can't seem to take NO for an answer.
Everything went as planned. It took a little longer than expected. 1.5 hrs for a works Oil change.
Got an oil change and was supposed to have the car looked over. It is a hybrid and I figured they could inspect the hybrid system and I also had some lights on the dash but those were overlooked as well.
Gallery Ford provided great service helping to resolve a problem with the lug-nuts on my F-150.
I came in today to look around at a few cars and the saleswoman Haley was super helpful any questions I had she had the answer for I will definitely be back when I decide on a vehicle to buy one through her
This dealership keeps calling me and harassing me even though I've been verbally assured twice now that calling my number was an accident and that my number would be deleted. I've never been to this car dealership in my life and I am not at all in the market for a new vehicle. 0 stars. Service dept. charged double what we were told for oil change. Left the hood open. Didn't reset. Didn't call us to authorize new charges. And completely ignored me when I voiced my complaint about how we were treated.

I was sold a vehicle from a different company and had nothing but issues with the car and the dealership. I finally decided it was time to go to a reputable dealership spend the money to get a dependable vehicle from a company who would treat me right. Sadly I was mistaken.
